Responsible for ensuring training offerings are properly released across USCAN. Manages training and development programs across USCAN service. Works closely with the global technical training teams to ensure linkage with the downstream region teams.
Essential ResponsibilitiesWork with global training organization, regional services organizations, and product modality key stakeholders to develop and deploy customer offerings portfolio.
Manages the USCAN Field Leadership Development Program, Service Technical Leadership Program and new hire programs across the region.
Supports the USCAN Intern and Extern programs through training assessment, development and delivery.
Function as a performance consultant (e.g., gather regional needs and voice of customer (VOC) for new educational offerings, provide cross-functional support through the development of new offerings).
Be point of contact for regions on training and partner with regions to help ensure delivery of strategy for instructor-led education offerings and meet required global standards.
Ensure appropriate fulfillment of online educational offerings with training stakeholders.
Maintain Training Roadmaps for modalities, integrating Training Levels Strategy and incorporating new product introductions.
Admin support for the training function; pulling data, creating reports, etc to drive the optimization of training delivery.
Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Adult Education,
Development, or Instructional Design.
Minimum three years’ experience either in training development or delivery or three years’ experience in a healthcare services role.
Proven successful project management, program management, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple program and priorities in compressed timeframes.
Education development skills and understands the clinical healthcare marketplace and corporate environment.
Willing to submit to a background investigation (e.g., verification of past employment, criminal history, educational background).
Willing to travel up to 25%; overnight stays and international travel when needed.
Willing to take a drug test.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
