Maintenance Tool & Die provides support to the injection molding hall. The 1st shift Maintenance Toolmaker: repairs molds for our plastic injection facility; interfaces with our suppliers for quoting and scheduling; utilizes CAD/CAM programs such as Pro-E, 3D, Solidworks, and Mastercam.
Journeyman’s Card in an Industrial Maintenance Trade (Tool & Die Maker, Moldmaker, Machinist Trades) or an Associate level degree in Machining, Tool & Die or Moldmaking from an accredited Technical School or equivalent work experience (4-years). You will also need to provide a copy of your Journeyman’s Card or documentation verifying your Associate’s Degree and work history.
Ideal Candidates will have work experience in the following areas:
*Injection mold repair*Interfacing with suppliers, quoting, scheduling
*CAD/CAM (Pro E, Master-Cam or equivalents)
*Hydraulics / pneumatics*Basic machining
*TIG Welding*Metal finishing / metallurgy
*Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) Testing/Assessments:
