Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of application solutions spanning the integration of multiple functional business areas. The incumbent works with business and application groups to re-engineer new processes and sustain existing ones within and outside the technical Center of Expertise (COE) or portfolio. The incumbent works with process
team leaders to provide a cross-functional view, bridging the gap between various teams to make sure processes are end-to-end integrated. This position takes ownership of complex and integrated design issues across process teams to provide full process and systems integration. It has responsibility for ensuring the necessary integration testing occurs to prove out a solution and its touch points. The incumbent is responsible for demonstrating proactive leadership in
facilitating teams of various subject matter experts to accomplish large project assignments. This position collaboratively works across Global Information Systems (GIS) in accomplishing tactical and strategic application development objectives, coaches others in the development of functional and technical systems designs and collaborates with Enterprise Architects on the standards,
strategy, and solution recommendations for new projects, enhancements or implementations.

Education Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent. Advanced degree a plus. Project Management Institute (PMI) certification desired.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 or more years of successful project delivery with a focus on systems design. Experience with large scale program and project delivery. Extensive experience with designing, configuring, and implementing on one or more of the following technical platforms or disciplines: SAP, PTC, Websphere, Web, Portal, Integrations, Information Management. Has a proven record of
accomplishment in planning, managing, and delivering information systems, preferably in a consumer products, manufacturing or distribution company. Strong experience in, and orientation toward, solution design, project management and structured system development methodologies.

o Identify greatest gaps, risks and opportunities and alternatives
o Recommend “Quick Hit” and longer term action items
 Examine the architecture, business process and governance to ensure that the solution is maintainable, scalable, and upgradeable; that it leverages standard features; and that it operates with optimum performance
 Advise on both internal and external facing applications built on
 Participate & Lead Design efforts and conduct, Design and Build reviews
 Support the Systems Integrator in complex areas to ensure success
