The Maintenance Electrician is acritical role for our manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. TheMaintenance Electrician will be responsible for working within a tight-knitteam to ensure that vehicle operations at the plant maintain safety, quality,production, and time standards. The Maintenance Electrician will be chargedwith creating solutions both proactively and reactively to the changing demandsat the plant level.

Harley-Davidson Motor Company's 849,000square-foot Pilgrim Road Powertrain Operations facility in Menomonee Falls,Wisconsin, is home of the "Big Twin."   • High school or GED.


  • Journeyman card as a Maintenance Electrician,Industrial Electrician, Electrical Technician, or equivalent trade including 2years of experience with CNC or 3 years of experience with PLCs such as AllenBradley, Siemens, Fanuc, and HMI.
  • In lieu of a journeyman card, 7 years ofexperience with CNC or PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc and HMI willbe accepted.
  • Experience must also include:
  • Electrical maintenance experience working in afast paced manufacturing facility to include troubleshooting industrialelectrical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to interpret prints of machine assemblyand wiring diagrams
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office andexperience with a computerized
  • Maintenance Management System.
  • Interpret information by using visual acuity andhearing
  • Able to wear hearing protection, enter confinedspaces, use aerial equipment, and operate other equipment to perform their job.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs frequently and 75lbs. as needed/with assistance
