This position is responsible to build, educate, develop and manage the LCS Clinical Education Team. Candidate must prioritize resource allocation across the USCAN region in order to support the achievement of LCS sales objectives. Responsible for driving key business initiatives regarding Clinical Education field support, as well as, training and customer education programs.
•Manage, coach and develop a large team of dispersed, multi-modality LCS clinical education field teams. This includes account management, corporate demeanor, adult training and general business acumen.
•Meet customer specific training needs for new equipment training, which includes understanding clinical needs and customer operations. Develop training plans to meet customer and modality specific needs, and coordinate LCS cross modality training plans.
•Collaborate and negotiate with customer teams, field sales, field service, headquarters etc., to exceed customer expectations in delivering training.
•Meet or exceed revenue and budgetary responsibility, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and delivery performance metrics. Support volume of new install training.
•Drive communication within a matrixed GEHC environment.
•Drive simplification processes and productivity within the LCS business.
•BS/BA in related business or technical field
•Minimum 5 years supervisory/management or field team leadership experience managing national and/or dispersed field teams
•Minimum 5 years of field service experience, project or program management experience
•Customer management experience
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage a dispersed workforce

• Masters degrees in related business or technical field
• Demonstrated functional competency in technical or business related discipline
• Related clinical experience
