Role Summary/Purpose

Define and implement the LCS Service strategy for the US & Canada, to drive profitable revenue and margin growth, productivity, customer satisfaction and service delivery performance. This role partners across USCAN Service, the LCS modality and with the commercial team to set strategy, drive adoption and achieve results. The role will lead the LCS Field and Product Service, with a strong relationship with the LCS Applications and Networking teams.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of the LCS Service strategy, focusing on revenue and CM growth, service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
• Accountable for positive leadership and culture of the team through ongoing direction, coaching, and career development of leaders
• Drive labor strategy and assess resources to fulfill business plans. Continuously enhance domain expertise in the field while ensuring flexible and efficient service delivery
• Optimize services growth strategy in collaboration with the Commercial team
• Build long-term relationship with customers; provide leadership and direction in crucial customer interfaces. Handle key customer escalations leading to effective resolution.
• Drive product-specific material, labor, and OVC productivity initiatives
• Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures


* BA/BS degree
* At least 10 years of leadership experience of large service team or complex P&L
* Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
* Ability to engage and inspire large distributed workforce
* Experience engaging with customers, driving growth and managing escalated issues
* Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team that is accountable for financial commitments to a business unit
